We take pride in offering only the highest quality certified organic ingredients. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and order issues.

1. Food Safety & Return Restrictions

Due to strict food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened or partially used food products. Once a food item leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked.

However, we always stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if there is an issue.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@organicinbulk.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the affected product(s)
  • A refund for the item(s)
  • A store credit toward your next order

We may ask you to safely dispose of the item; please do not return food products without our authorization. Once approved you will be given a return label.

3. Order Cancellation & Address Changes

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once tracking information has been issued, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

If you entered the wrong address and the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee may apply.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened food products
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Bulk orders starting of 25 lbs and more once processed or shipped
